All our products are created on demand for each order.
We make every effort to ensure the products we supply are of the highest quality, reach you in good condition and are delivered promptly.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or the service you have received from us, please use our contact us page.
Orders are not confirmed until they have been sent. Before that time we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order at any time.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
All photographs, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of providing illustrations and approximate descriptions only. A more detailed explanation can be obtained by contacting our sales department.

4. PRODUCT GUARANTEES
Products are not supplied on a trial basis. Everything we sell is guaranteed to be in perfect condition or match the condition as per our product description.

5. SELLING PRICES
We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice.
Prices are correct at the time of publication or upload to our website.
We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. The acknowledgement email you may receive does not constitute order confirmation or acceptance.

6. PURCHASING FROM US
We are unable to process your order until your payment method has been received, credit / debit / charge card has been authorized or proof of address accepted.
By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying those goods (including passing your personal details onto couriers and other subcontractors). Your personal details can be removed from our system on request. No items or title of the goods shall pass from us to the customer until payment has been received in full. Customers are responsible for the suitability of the goods they are purchasing. If any product supplied is not used for its intended purpose, subjected to abuse or unreasonable usage will void the warranty on the goods. No stock will be allocated to you until payment is received in full. Stock will not be held while we wait for correspondence from the customer. By purchasing from us you agree to supply us with your email address and allow us to add it to our mailing list. Kingdom Fitted uses your e-mail address solely to send you informational e-mails and will not sell or pass on your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time! Your data will be held in accordance with our privacy policy. All orders are subject to availability.

7. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
We go to great lengths to ensure that everything shown on our website and catalogue is available to order and is in stock. However, due to the nature of our business it is inevitable that from time to time we may go out of stock. We are also sometimes dependent on our own suppliers to deliver stock to us. We will always try to inform you if an item is not in stock when you place your order with us. We will then give you the option of a full refund or the ability to wait for further stock to arrive.

8. CREDIT / DEBIT / CHARGE CARDS
Credit, debit and charge cards are accepted without surcharge through paypal.
We reserve the right to deliver any order to the cardholders billing address in the interests of protecting both the card holder and this company against credit / debit card fraud. In the interests of protecting all our customers against credit card fraud, you may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at any time. If you refuse to provide us with this evidence, your order may be cancelled. If you are using a credit card not belonging to yourself, you must give the cardholder’s full name and address. We will then contact the cardholder to obtain approval. The use of stolen credit cards will result in international police notification and court action in all cases.

9. IF YOUR CARD PAYMENT DECLINES
Should your card payment be declined please be aware that this is entirely a decision of your bank. Please contact them to resolve any outstanding issues you may have.

10. SHIPPING
All orders are shipped in the appropriate packaging and can be followed up at any time by logging into your account. We advise you to ensure somebody is present at the delivery address since most orders require a signature upon delivery. Once goods are delivered and signed for, they become your responsibility. If in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost in transit, a replacement order will be issued. If we cannot supply an identical order, we will issue you with a full refund. Shirts are shipped via our USA and UK fulfilment centers. Accessories including but not limited to Necklaces, Keyrings, Prints, Stickers, Badges, and Cards are dispatched from the UK only. Baby Onesies are dispatched from the USA only. Customs fees may apply.

11. SHIPPING TIMES
Our orders are handled and shipped by third party couriers, therefore all delivery dates and times given are only estimates.
We endeavor to get your order to you within the estimated delivery time, however, on rare occasions your delivery may be delayed. We cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier / postal service or for any consequential losses you may suffer if the delivery is not on time for whatever reason.
Orders being shipped to remote locations may on rare occasions, be slightly delayed by the courier / postal service.

12. SHIPPING CHARGES
Charges will be calculated on our website for online orders.
Shipments may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees. These duties are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer in each country. Please be aware not all products ship from our USA or UK Fulfilment centers. You may receive multiple packages from different countries to fulfil your order. If your order is returned to us undelivered due to your own fault you will be responsible for re-shipping charges. Any apparel items that are returned to us as undelivered will be donated to charity after 10 days if not reshipped.

13. THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000
This regulation only covers countries that are member states of the EU. If you are ordering from a member state of the EU other than the UK, please check you countries regulations on distance selling as this may vary. If you are ordering from a country that is outside of the member states of the EU this regulation is not applicable, but we will do our best to adhere to these guidelines in the way your returns are dealt with.
Please note, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations our products are excluded from the cover. All our products are made to order, or custom-made items, such as T-shirts, Hoodies and posters, unless they are faulty or damaged. However, you still have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, should you inform us before we notify you about the completion of your item(s) by email.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

15. DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
From time to time, we will supply our customers with special discount vouchers and special offer promotions. These discounts will be available to use on the majority of our products, but not on everything we sell. We reserve the right to exclude certain products and brands from promotional offers. When placing your order, you will be told / contacted if the discount is not available on that particular product. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer or discount at any time.

16. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel any order before it has been created. Once your order has been created our returns policy will then come into effect.
Please note that the only way to cancel an order is by contacting us in writing by email.
If you cancel an order by email you must wait to receive a confirmation of the cancellation. Your order will not be cancelled until you receive this and must be done prior to your order being processed.
